Final SubmissionPaper acceptance is made with the understanding that at least one author will attend the conference to present the paper. If a paper is not presented during a session, it causes severe disruption to the session. IEEE reserves the right to exclude a paper from distribution after the conference (e.g., removal from IEEE Xplore) if the paper is not presented at the conference. Please note that reviewers' comments and associate editor's summary can be accessed by logging into your account and following the link for reviews for this paper. It is important that any critical comments therein are adequately addressed before the final paper is uploaded. All necessary forms needed for submission of your final manuscript will be created by the submission website at the time of final submission. Electronic submission of the final version of your manuscript is due by May 5, 2009. Papers should be submitted on-line at https://css.paperplaza.net/. Files should be in IEEE Xplore compliant PDF format, see details at PaperPlaza Support page. Please note that all papers are limited to six (6) pages. Excess page charges are paid at US $175.00 per page with papers not to exceed a total of eight (8) pages. In order to submit the final version of your manuscript and abstract, at least one of the authors of the paper must register for the Conference at the full member/non-member rate or at the corresponding IEEE CSS Financial Support for Development Countries rate to upload the final manuscript. Abstracts of all accepted papers will be included in a Book of Abstracts, which will be a part of each registration package at the 2009 MSC. The manuscript submission website will require that you submit your abstract and make any final changes to the author list and title of the paper before uploading the paper. After this, no changes can be made. Electronic submission for papers and abstracts is scheduled to open on April 15, however, please check for updates on the 2009 MSC website in case there are any changes to this date. |
