Information for Authors
The preprints of conference proceedings containing full texts
of the accepted papers will be published on CD-ROM.
Proceedings on CD-ROM and the conference program joint
with the abstracts volume
will be distributed among the participants at the Registration desk.
The papers that satisfy the IEEE requirements will be recommended
for publication in the on-line database
containing almost a third of the world's current electrical engineering
and computer science literature, including the top-cited journals
in the field.
Submission of Final Version of Paper
To prepare the paper for publication please follow carefully the

The size of a paper should not exceed 6 two-column pages for regular
and poster talks, 8 pages for talks at invited sessions,
and 12 pages for plenary and invited talks.
The authors should complete and sign the IEEE Copyright form
(it can be downloaded in PDF)
and send it

The deadline for submission is June 1, 2005.
