Information for Authors
The preprints of conference proceedings containing full texts of the accepted papers will be published on CD-ROM. Proceedings on CD-ROM and the conference program joint with the abstracts volume will be distributed among the participants at the Registration desk. The papers that satisfy the IEEE requirements will be recommended for publication in the on-line database IEEE Xplore containing almost a third of the world's current electrical engineering and computer science literature, including the top-cited journals in the field.
Submission of Final Version of Paper
To prepare the paper for publication please follow carefully the
AUTHORS' GUIDE.
It is available in English

The size of a paper should not exceed 6 two-column pages for regular and poster talks, 8 pages for talks at invited sessions, and 12 pages for plenary and invited talks. The authors should complete and sign the IEEE Copyright form (it can be downloaded in PDF) and send it by FAX +7-812-321-4771 or by mail to the Organizing Committee; a scanned copy can be sent by e-mail as an attachment.
The deadline for submission is June 1, 2005.
The paper should be uploaded to our site as a PDF file via a personal Virtual Office. A hard copy is not needed. If you have not got a PIN yet, please register at our Submission Site

Information for Speakers
English will be the official language. No simultaneous translation will
be provided.
Overhead and multimedia projectors will be available.
Allotted time for oral presentations:
Plenary talk 45 minutes Invited talk 40 minutes Presentation at regular or invited session 20 minutes
Poster sessions will take place in foyer of the 1st floor (the 2nd level) of Anichkov Palace.
Vertically oriented space 600mm by 840mm will be provided for each paper.
