Information for Authors
Conference Proceedings containing full texts of the accepted papers will be published as both CD-ROM and hard copy.
Copyright of the papers will be held by the IEEE. Proceedings on CD-ROM and conference program with abstracts volume
will be distributed among the participants at the Registration desk. Additionally, hard copy of the Proceedings (4 volumes) can be ordered
(see registration form). After the conference the Proceedings will be available from the IEEE.
Instructions for Final Version of Paper Submission
To prepare the paper for publication please follow carefully the
AUTHORS' GUIDE (PDF, 128 Kb
or zipped DOC, 102 Kb).
The length of regular or poster paper should not exceed 6 two-column pages,
plenary or invited paper should not exceed 12 two-column pages.
The authors should sign the IEEE Copyright form (see below) and send it
by FAX +7-812-321-4771 or by mail to the Organizing Committee.
The deadline for submission is May 15, 2003.
The papers should be uploaded to our site as PDF or zipped Postscript files
(the PDF format is preferable). A hard copy is not needed.

In the case of any problems with preparation of the manuscript please
contact the Organizing Committee.

English will be the official language. No simultaneous translation will be provided.
Overhead projectors will be available.
Alloted time for oral presentations:

Poster sessions will take place in foyer of the 1st floor (the 2nd level) of Anichkov Palace.
Vertically oriented space 600mm by 840mm
will be provided for each paper.
