Registration
Registration for the IFAC Workshops ALCOSP 2007 and PSYCO 2007 as well as the hotel accommodation reservation, transfers and other service orders and payments are managed by Workshops Service Agency Monomax and should be done ON-LINE.
Please note that it is possible to make your orders and payments for the Workshops services step by step (not simultaneously). After being registered you receive by e-mail your personal login and password, indicated during the registration, using which you can return to your registration page any time.
The registration of the accompanying person should be done online separately from the companion participant registration. Registration fee should be paid from the accompanying person(s) page. Other Workshops services for the accompanying person(s) (hotel accommodation, transfers, cultural program) can be booked and paid by the companion participant (with appropriate notes at his (her) account).

Registration fee for participants covers:

CANCELLATION POLICY
Cancellation should be made in written form by fax +7(812)335-2039 or e-mail nza@monomax.org
The registration fee will be refunded less a handling fee of Euro 35.- upon a written request received before July 5, 2007. After this date there will be no refund but the authors will receive the proceedings on CD-ROM by mail.

Payment Information
All payments should be done from the personal on-line registration page of the participant. To make the payments for the accompanying person, he or she should be registered separately, and perform the payment from his/her personal registration page.
All the payments (registration fee, hotel accommodation or additional services) can be done separately. To return to the personal payment page to fulfill the rest of payment, the participant should use his/her login and password and enter the "Payment Section".
We regret but we accept neither private and company cheques or Euro cheques, nor Visa Electron credit cards.
The payments can be done in three different ways:
1. Credit card payment (all major credit cards are accepted for all charges: VISA (Classic only), EUROCARD/MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS).
If the Credit Card payment is preferable, the Agreement of Payment Form will be created automatically on clicking on this option. Be sure you marked the service you are paying for, before creating the Agreement of Payment Form. Please print it, fill it in, sign and send it to the Monomax Agency secure fax number: +7 (812) 335-2039.
On receipt of your Agreement of Payment the Monomax Agency will charge the stated amount from the indicated credit card and send the confirmation of payment to the participant.
2. Payment by Bank transfer
If the payment by bank transfer is chosen by the participant as the preferable way of payment, the invoice for the total amount for chosen services will be created automatically during on-line registration process. Be sure you marked the service you are paying for, before creating the Invoice. It is possible to create the invoice for EURO or USD payment by pressing the correspondent button. Please print it and make the payment.
In order to confirm your payment please send the copy of your bank transfer order to the Monomax Agency by fax +7 (812) 335-2039 or by mail: Natalia.Zakharova@monomax.org.
DO NOT FORGET TO PUT A FLAG NEXT TO THE SERVICE YOU PAY FOR
DO NOT MAKE ANY CORRECTIONS IN FIGURES AND NUMBERS IN AGREEMENT OF PAYMENT OR INVOICE.
3. Internet payment
For the Internet payments Monomax Meetings & Incentives uses Assist as the secure credit card Internet payment system. Assist e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making your purchase safe on-line. If you have chosen an Internet payment option simply follow the steps of instruction.
Only VISA (Classic only) and EuroCard/MasterCard are accepted.
