Registration

Registration for ENOC 2008 as well as the hotel accommodation reservation, visa support, transfers and payments are managed by Conference Service Agency Monomax Congresses&Incentives and should be done ON-LINE.

Please note that it is possible to make your orders and payments for the Conference services step by step (not simultaneously). After being registered you receive by e-mail your personal login and password, indicated during the registration, using which you can return to your registration page any time.

The registration of the accompanying person should be done online separately from the companion participant registration. Registration fee should be paid from the accompanying person(s) page. Other Conference services for the accompanying person(s) (hotel accommodation, transfers) can be booked and paid by the companion participant (with appropriate notes at his (her) account).

Registration fee for participants covers:
attendance of all sessions, proceedings on CD-ROM, program and abstracts volume, transfer to and from airport, lunches and refreshments during the conference, city bus tour, welcome reception and conference banquet on July 3

Registration fee for students covers:
attendance of all sessions, proceedings on CD-ROM, program and abstracts volume, transfer to and from airport, lunches and refreshments during the conference, welcome reception.

Document proving your student status must be signed by supervisor and presented along with registration (by fax +7 (812) 321-4771 or e-mail: enoc08@physcon.ru).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation should be made in written form by fax +7 812 335-2039 or e-mail Maria.Mazina@monomax.org.
The registration fee will be refunded less a handling fee of Euro 35.- upon a written request received before June 1, 2008. After this date there will be no refund but the authors will receive the preprints CD-ROM by mail.

Payment information

• All payments should be done from the personal on-line registration page of a participant.
• Conference payments (registration fee, hotel accommodation, visa support) can be done either concurrently or step-by-step. In order to accomplish financial arrangements a participant should use his login and password to enter the personal "Payment" section.
• Please note we do not accept private and company cheques or Euro cheques.

The payments can be made in the following different ways:

1. Credit card payment (major credit cards are accepted: VISA (Classic only), EUROCARD/MASTERCARD).
   If a participant chooses this way of payments arrangement, the Agreement of Payment Form appears automatically after clicking on this option. A participant should print it out, check the sum he/she’d wish to pay, fill in the form, put his signature and send it to the Conference Service Agency secure fax number: +7 (812) 335 2039.
   On receiving the Agreement of Payment Form the Conference Service Agency will charge the stated amount off the indicated credit card account and send an acknowledgement of the payment receiptback to participant.
2. Payment by Bank transfer
   If the payment by bank transfer is chosen by a participant, the invoice amounting to the total sum for the chosen services is created automatically by clicking on the correspondent button. It is also possible to choose the currency of the invoice (EURO or USD). A participant should print out the Invoice and instruct his/her bank or accounts department to remit the money.
   In order to confirm the payment a participant should send a copy of the bank transfer order to the Conference Service Agency secure fax number +7 (812) 335 2039 or e-mail address: Maria.Mazina@monomax.org.
   • DO NOT FORGET TO PUT A FLAG NEXT TO THE SERVICE YOU PLAN TO PAY FOR
   • DO NOT CORRECT ANY FIGURES OR NUMBERS NEITHER IN THE AGREEMENT OF PAYMENT NOR IN THE INVOICE.
3. Internet payment
   To support payments through Internet Monomax PCO cooperates with Assist - the secure Internet payment system. Assist e-payment system uses SSL-connection, making on-line purchasing safe. If an Internet payment option is chosen a participant must simply follow the steps as in instruction.
